Penultimate Day at Asian Sailing Champs
Going into the penultimate day of the 14th Asian Sailing Championships it is China and Japan who lead each of the women's and men's fleets.
The Championship, taking place from 20-29 March, is being hosted at the Guangdong Ocean Sports Training Centre (GOSTC) in Shanwei, China and is being treated as a Test Event for the Asian Games being held at the same venue from 12-27 November 2010.
The 470 fleets have attracted a range of nations from across the Asian continent, including China, Hong Kong, India, Korea, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines and Singapore. .
With a 12 race series scheduled, tomorrow's final day will set the challenge for the Asian Games later this year.
