Scheduled ahead of the Christmas Race in Palamos, the Barcelona International Sailing Centre 470 Clinic will deliver three days of intense training, including:
Improving control at start line and rounding marks, upwind and downwind speed, tactics, training partnerships, fitness training, video debriefs and more.
Fee EUR270 per person including full board accommodation, gym, sauna, boat park, parking.
