The Italians Marco GRADONI / Alessandra DUBBINI  triumphed and won gold in the Mixed class, the most numerous class in this championship. The young helmsman is in his fourth world title after the three Optimist world championships he won the previous years. Silver medal and second place was taken by the Israelis Tal SADE / Noa LASRY in front of the French Matisse PACAUD / Lucie DE GENNES who are the Under 21 World Champions.

In the Mixed U21 ranking, Matisse PACAUD / Lucie DE GENNES from France took gold and Amelie FLANDORFFER / Pierre WILLOT won silver. As a last fleet race was not made possible today, the Polish Kacper PASZEK / Oliwia LASKOWSKA secured the third place and bronze medal, tied with the Greeks Melina PAPPA / Konstantinos MICHALOPOULOS to the first ever Mixed Junior World title.  The separate U21 ranking was taken from the overall Mixed fleet results.

The Austrians Niclas LEHMANN / Niklas HABERL take home a world title with an impressive roadmap, ahead of the Americans Shawn HARVEY / J. Noble REYNOSO and the Italians Paolo BOZZANO / Michele CASANO. Eleven races were completed in all conditions from medium light to strong winds.

In the next couple of days, a large part of the fleet will move to Formia for the 2021 470 European Championship.
