19 Sep 2021La Coupe Viking 2021 took place the weekend over 18 - 19 September at Le Havre, France
Nineteen boats, with several new comers in 470 class, competed for this first PromoTour event for one year in France, due to COVID restrictions.
Very light conditions on the first day, followed by a consistent 12-15 knots westerly breeze and endless showers together with choppy waves due to a strong tide flow on the second day, challenged the sailors the two days of sailing! The hosting club was the Sport Nautique et Plaisance du Havre.
